How old do I have to be to rent a vehicle?
All renters must be a minimum of 21 years.
How are rentals priced?
All rental rates are based on a 24 hour period.
What one day and tree days’ rental means?
One day rental means 24 hours, tree days means 72 hours.
What do I need to bring with me?
All renters must present a valid driver license and a valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard) at the time of rental.
What kind of insurance coverage is offered?
Our vehicle is already insured for liability toward third parties and damage to animals and property.
How do I make a reservation?
A reservation can only be made on our website (click here). After making a reservation you will receive our e mail for confirmation and guaranteed your chosen vehicle ,baring any unforeseen circumstances (accident or service needed).
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
We must be notified at least three week prior to the scheduled delivery time, after this time 100 % cancelation penalty will apply.
Do I need a credit card to rent a vehicle?
Yes, you must present a valid credit card in renter’s name at the time of rental. We accept Visa, MasterCard.
Final payment will be made in cash money or credit card.
Are additional drivers permitted?
Yes, one to many additional drivers is allowed. Additional driver must meet the same age and driver license requirement and be present at the time of rental (Euro 10,00 per day).
Do you delivery cars at the hotel?
Yes, all major hotels in Naples and surrounding area.
Can the car be returned elsewhere than Naples airport?
Yes, the car can be returned in Positano, in Amalfi, or in Sorrento, supplement will apply.
Is smoking permitted in the vehicles?
No, for the pleasure of all future renters, we do not allow smoking in our vehicles.
What happens if I am involved in a traffic accident or the car break down?
